Tuifas are only made out of cocobolo and come in pairs. The reason they are only made from cocobolo is because they are difficult to craft and are made from the Rolls Roice of wood. They're available in round or square fasion and tapered on the ends. The handle is wedged and glued in with a square hole. The length and diameter vary and are up to the buyer.
